Rob Cueny - Managing Partner

Rob is the Managing Partner at RJC Consulting Inc.  He has over a decade of experience delivering value added Business Analytics solutions.  Rob has guided numerous Fortune 500 and mid-market companies on how to make better business decisions by providing improved process and technology for performance management.  As the IBM practice lead, Rob provides strategic consulting and is responsible for selling and delivering successful IBM Cognos TM1 Performance Management and Cognos BI solutions.

Rob possesses a strong IT and Finance consulting background with success delivering solutions across North America in industries including Food & Beverage, Media, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Gaming & Hospitality, and Municipalities.  He has partnered with clients to create a performance management strategy from a road map through to design and implemention. solutions to build value within their organization.  Rob’s notable clients include Anheuser-Busch, Disney Studios, Thomson Reuters, Sensient, and Denver Water.

In 2012 Rob saw the opportunity to found RJC Consulting Inc. and focus on a more process driven means of implementing Business Analytics solutions. Over the years of implementing Budget and Forecast solutions for various consulting firms he saw the lack of a vigorous process. This lack of structure put projects at risk due to misaligned expectations, scope creep, and provided much difficulty for clients to maintain and improve their models due to poor documentation.  He now works to drive Budget and Forecast implementations to successful on time and on budget goals by leveraging a proprietary process that takes any ambiguity out of the implementation.

Prior to founding RJC Consulting Rob worked for IBM Global Business Services and JCB Partners where he led Cognos TM1 implementation teams.

In his spare time Rob enjoys travel and scuba diving – both teaching new students and exploring shipwrecks in the surrounding Great Lakes.
